The breakfast favorite - Pancakes

The simplest and easy recipe is going to blow your mind, if you were thinking, GODD THOSE PINTREST PANCAKES LOOK SO TEMPTING BUT MIGHT BE UNHEALTHY... Here is your problem solved light fluffy sweet pancakes.


This recipe is egg-less and made with whole wheat flour.



Let us go through the ingredients you need to buy:

1 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp butter


How much did you pay for that? Not even a 100 right.


The road to this beauty, simply follow the numbers :

1. sift the flour and the baking powder in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, mix in the sugar, milk, and butter. remember butter should be melted.

3. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients. there should be no lumps.

4. Now add cinnamon powder. also optionally add vanilla essence.

5. Take a nonstick pan and pour the mix in (I add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake).

6. Cover the pancake for 2-3 minutes.

7. Flip the pancake and let cook the other side.

8. Remove from the flame.

9. Enjoy plain or go through another set of instructions.


Presenting method 1-

1. Pour honey, maple syrup and dust some powdered sugar

1. Heat dark and white chocolate compound with a spoon of butter in the microwave or over boiling method. also, keep stirring in intervals.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream once melted.

3. Voila, your ganache is ready now just pour over and enjoy.

During the day when I want some energy, this was my go-to recipe. Or at night, I would enjoy this with the chocolate ganache. this recipe can take different roles depending upon the situation.
